Eliance is the perfect complement to Leonida, with a compact frame and strong bolting tolerance that is well-suited for summer and fall production. Inner leaves are long and flexible, which allows for impressive self-blanching. Characteristic of the full Vitalis endive assortment, Eliance has an upright structure which minimizes basal rot and allows for ease of harvest.
